We have heard the matter for some time.

The petition challenges the G.R. dated 9th October, 2025 wherein, according to the petitioners, the degree of being handicapped by the concerned employee is to be re-assessed. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that by virtue of this G.R. the respondent No.2 has issued a show cause notice asking the concerned employees/petitioners that as to why he should not be suspended.

On being confronted, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to make a representation pointing out the fallacy in the said G.R. and the impugned show cause notice of suspension. 5.

Permission is granted to withdraw the petition with liberty to the petitioners to make a detail representation to the respondent No.2.

The respondent No.2 is directed to hear all the parties concerned and pass an order on the said representation in accordance with the provisions of the Act. 7.

Petition is disposed of being withdrawn.
