P. Maldhure, Advocate for Petitioner. Mr. H. D. Marathe A.G.P. for Respondent No.1/State. CORAM : NITIN W. SAMBRE AND MRS.VRUSHALI V. JOSHI, JJ.

DATED : 02/05/2025.

Heard.

2.

Vide impugned order of transfer, the petitioner is posted at Kotha in Dharni Taluka, which is said to be a difficult area.

3.

But for the first posting in the difficult area, the petitioner has never served being an employee of the Zilla Parishad in the capacity of Assistant Teacher. 4.

The transfer is an incidence of service, which fact was well within the knowledge of the petitioner at the time of appointment itself.

5.

The cut-off date, which is considered by the Zilla Parishad, in the aforesaid background, will be of hardly any consequences, which is sought to be assailed. 6.

That being so, there is no merit in the petition. The same is dismissed.
