Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner seeks challenge to the impugned order of suspension dated 29th March 2016 which was confirmed by the order dated 11th August 2016 and 15th March 2018 and further seeks direction to the respondent nos.1 to 3 to release one year increment of salary for the period of suspension and to pay the entire salary as per law to the petitioner. The petitioner was suspended pending the departmental enquiry so also the crimnal trial.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has invited our attention to the enquiry report dated 10th February 2016 which exonerates the petitioner from all the charges levelled against

He has further invited our attention to the judgment dated 26th May 2025 passed by the leraned Additional Sessions Judge, Hinganghat in Sessions Case No.34 of 2018 whereby the petitioner stands acquitted for the offence for which he was prosecuted.

In view of the above grievance, the petition can be disposed of by directing the present respondents employer to treat this petition as a representation for the reliefs prayed therein.

Respondent No.2 is directed to decide the aforesaid representation within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

The decision taken, be communicated to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter.

With these directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
