The petitioners are claiming to be working on the post of Senior Clerk with respondent No.3-Society. Post their services were declared surplus, in the other institutions managed by respondent No.3 since vacancies were available the proposal was submitted to the Education Officer on 17.9.2024 and a reminder dated 2.12.2024 seeking approval which is claimed to have not decided. 2.

Issue notice for final disposal to the respondents, returnable on 3.2.2025.

Ms. S.S. Jachak, learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2.

In the meantime, we direct the Education Officer to take decision and communicate the same to the petitioners, if not already decided.
