By this petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent-Scheduled Tribe Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Amravati to decide his caste claim, which is pending since April, 2025, within a stipulated period. 4.

In view of the limited prayer, the petition can be disposed of with direction to the respondent-Scrutiny Committee. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. 5.

The respondent-Scheduled Tribe Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Amravati is hereby directed to decide the KHUNTE

The petitioner to appear before the respondentScheduled Tribe Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Amravati on 27/01/2026 at 11.00 am.
