After arguing for some time, when we showed our disinclination to entertain the present Writ Petition in view of the fact that the claim being highly belated, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. N. S. Warulkar, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present Writ Petition. However, he points out that application dated 24.09.2021 and 17.11.2025 are still pending with the respondent no. 1.

We, therefore, direct the respondent no. 1 to consider the said application in accordance with law. 3.
