The learned AGP waives for respondent no. 1. Since the prayer made in the petition and the directions which we propose to issue are innocuous nature notice to the respondent nos. 2 and 3 is dispensed with.

The only grievance made in the present petition is regarding the fact that even though the petitioner has been transferred on 31.12.2024, he has not been relieved. Admittedly, representation in that regard filed by the petitioner on 19.06.2025 is pending with the respondent no. 2.

In that view of the matter, we dispose the petition by directing the respondent no. 2 to decide the said representation dated 19.06.2025 within four weeks from the date of receipt of the order.
