Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. [ 2.

An innocuous prayer is made that the directions be given to the concerned respondent to disburse grant-in-aid from 01.11.2020 in favour of the petitioners.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this issue can be decided by the respondent authority in light of the Government Resolution dated 12.02.2021.

Be that as it may, we direct the respondent authority to treat the present petition as a representation, and to decide the issue in light of the above mentioned GR in accordance with law, within ten weeks from production of this order.

The respondent authority is further directed that decision taken be communicated to the petitioners within two weeks thereafter. 6.

The learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to furnish a copy of the present petition along with a copy of the order passed today before the concerned authority within a period of two weeks from today.
