At the outset, Shri N. R. Patil, learned Assistant Government Pleader, submits that the annexures which were annexed to the original application before the learned Tribunal and which are mentioned in the body of the petition could not be filed inadvertently at the time of filing the present writ petition. Shri Patil seeks leave to substitute the synopsis filed alongwith the writ petition.

In view of the above, we permit the learned AGP to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file afresh by placing on record all the documents which were before the learned Tribunal.
