Palshikar, learned Assistant Government Pleader makes a statement that the Government has forwarded the enquiry report to the Director of Marketing and as per his instructions, the Director of Marketing will take the decision as regards the dispute under Section 5D (5) of the Maharashtra Agriculture Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Act, 1963 and Rule 4(f) of the Rules of 1967, in all above writ petitions within a period of three months after hearing the concerned parties.

Statement is accepted.

In view of above statement, nothing survives in these writ petitions.

Accordingly, the Writ Petitions are disposed of with liberty to file afresh if such occasion arises. All points are kept open. 5.

No costs.
