The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of subsequent developments, especially termination of contract of agreement of the petitioner dated 29.07.2025, the petitioner wants to the challenge the aforesaid termination and other consequential reliefs and therefore, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file afresh.
