We direct the respondent Urban Development Department to decide the proposal submitted by the respondent employer i.e. Nagpur Municipal Corporation as reflected in the communication dated 20.12.2024 as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of three months from today.

Writ petition is disposed of accordingly without costs. 4.
Liberty to approach afresh in case if a cause to that effect survives or accrues afresh.

Needless to clarify that we have not gone into merits of the matter.
