Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

An innocuous prayer is made that the directions be given to the respondent No.1-State of Maharashtra, through Principal Secretary, School Education and Sports Department, to disburse grant-in-aid from 01.11.2020 in favour of the approved staff of the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this issue can be decided by the respondent No.1 in light of the Government Resolution dated 15.02.2021.

Be that as it may, we direct the respondent No.1 to treat the present petition as a representation, and to decide the issue in light of the above mentioned GR in accordance with law, within ten weeks from production of this order.

The respondent No.1 is further directed that decision taken be communicated to the petitioners within two weeks thereafter. 6.

The learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to furnish a copy of the present petition along with a copy of this order before the concerned authority within a period of two weeks from today. 7.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
