The petitioners have approached this Court seeking direction to the respondents to delete the entry of the surplus declared land from the 7/12 extract and all the revenue records pursuant to the land of the petitioners described in paragraph 2 of the petition.

The perusal of the prayer clause (a) reveals that the petitioners have already submitted representations to the respondents praying for the said relief on 15.07.2015 so also on 12.04.2022.

The learned counsel for the petitioners makes a statement that the aforesaid representations are not yet decided. Accordingly, the grievance of the petitioners can be redressed by issuing directions to the respondent No.2 - Divisional Commissioner, Nagpur for deciding the aforesaid representations dated 15.07.2015 (Annexure F) and 12.04.2022 (Annexure M) within a stipulated period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 5.

The decision taken thereupon shall be communicated to the petitioners within a period of two weeks from the date of decision.
