The prayers made in the present writ petition by the present petitioners can be redressed and taken care of by the decision upon the representations dated 14.07.2025 which is at record page No.63 (Annxure E) submitted by the present petitioners to the respondent No.3, which is still pending.

In view of the above, we dispose of the present writ petition with direction to the respondent No.3 - Assistant Director, Other Backward Bahujan Welfare Department, Buldhana, District - Buldhana to decide the Prity
2 / 2 169.wp229.2026 representation submitted by the present petitioners, which is at record page 63 (Annexure E) within a stipulated period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the decision of this Court.

The respondent No.3 is further directed to decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioners by considering the provisions of law so also the law settled by this Hon'ble Court in Writ Petition No.2358/2013 and other connected petitions. The copy of judgment of this Court is at record page 31 (Annexure C).

The decision taken upon the petitioners representation shall be communicated to the petitioners within a period of two weeks from the date of decision. 6.
