DATED : 20th January, 2026 Heard Shri Pankaj Tidke, learned counsel for the petitioners. The submission is that petitioner No.1-Management runs petitioner No.2-College. The petitioner No.1 has submitted a proposal to respondent No.3-University for starting new courses of B.Sc. Cosmetic Technology and B.Com.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire verification process and the report of the Expert Committee has been completed by respondent No.3-University. The respondent No.3University has also forwarded the proposal for grant of permission for starting new courses to the respondent No.1 vide letter dated 16/05/2025 which is at record page 69 Annexure-I. Shri Tidke, learned counsel submits that however, till today the aforesaid proposal is pending with respondent No.1 which is causing great prejudice to the petitioners.

Accordingly, we dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to respondent No.1 to decide aforesaid proposal dated 16/05/2025 submitted by respondent No.3-University to grant permission for starting new courses in the petitioner No.2-College run

The decision taken thereupon shall be communicated to the petitioners within a period of two weeks thereafter. 5.
No order as to costs.
