DATE :- 13th FEBRUARY, 2025 Mr. Chaudhari, learned counsel for the petitioner has invited our attention to the order dated 06.02.2025 passed in Transfer Petition (Civil) Nos.46-54 of 2025 by the Apex Court. According to him, the issue involved in the present writ petition is identical to the one referred to in the aforesaid order of the Apex Court. Relevant observations in the aforesaid order of the Apex Court, viz. : "We are also inclined to pass an omnibus order that in case similar or identical issue is raised before any High Court in any other matter, the petitioner, Consortium of National Law Universities, will be entitled to file/place a copy of this order before the said High Court for transfer of the case involving the said issue (s) to the High Court of Delhi.
All the aforesaid transferred cases shall be listed for hearing before the High Court of Delhi on 03.03.2025." 2.
In view of the observations of the Apex Court, the present petition is also required to be transferred to the Delhi High Court. 3.
There appears substance in the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner.

That being so, office to take appropriate steps in the matter forthwith.
