A limited prayer made in this petition is to direct the respondent Authorities to grant the benefit of One Step Promotional Pay Scale and incentive allowance to the petitioners under the Government Resolution dated 06/08/2002.

Be that as it may, since there is already an internal communication dated 27/01/2025, which is exchanged between the respondent Authorities, the Commissioner, Tribal Development Department is directed to act in the light of communication dated 27/01/2025 within a period of eight weeks from receipt of this order. 4.
