It is petitioners' case that they have never defaulted subscription. Pleadings spelt out in paragraph 7 of the petition indicate that the petitioners have submitted Demand Drafts towards payment of subscription, which have been received by the Trust. The petitioners, however, state that respondents have concealed this fact or have attempted to avoid receipt of the payment. Copies of Demand Drafts are also placed on record.

Counsel for the respondents seeks time to take instructions and file detailed affidavit.

List in the week commencing from 10.02.2025.

Till then, proceedings in Change Report Nos.2036/2015 and 1742/2018 pending before Deputy Charity Commissioner, Nagpur shall stand stayed.
