On 18/02/2025, following order was passed :- "The order impugned is an interim order.

The learned Counsel for respondent no.5 submits that to the best of her knowledge, the appeal pending before respondent no.1 - Minister is closed for order.

2] The learned A.G.P. seeks time to take instructions. Granted.

3] Stand over to 20/2/2025."

I am informed that the matter has been closed for orders on 03/02/2025. Thus, the matter will be now decided finally. In the circumstances, the purpose will be served, if the Hon'ble Minister is requested to pass final order on or before 28/02/2025.

Accordingly, learned AGP shall furnish copy of order to respondent No.1 for compliance.

If the matter is not decided until 28/02/2025, the interim relief granted by respondent No.1 shall stand vacated in terms of order passed by this Court on 21/01/2025 in Writ Petition No.350/2025 where identical issue was dealt with and interim stay vacated on the count that the order was passed sans reasons.
