We have perused the affidavit of the Deputy Municipal Commissioner.

We are assured that the tender in question is refloated and in any case, same shall be finalized by 30.05.2025 and the appropriate work order shall be issued. 4.

The said statement is taken on record.

It is further informed through the affidavit by the Deputy Municipal Commissioner that the proportionate work is allotted to the petitioner so also to the respondent No.2. Since the allocation of work is till the issuance of the next work order, the same can be termed as a stopgap arrangement and in such an eventuality, we are of the view that no interference is called for.
