We permit the petitioner to appear before respondent-Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Yavatmal on 3.2.2025 with a prayer for substitution of the candidature of petitioner in the light of law laid down in Full Bench judgment of this Court in Kalpana Wd/o Vilas Taram and another V/s. State of Maharashtra and others reported in 2024(4) Mh.L.J. (F.B.) 312.

Once the petitioner appear before the respondent with such prayer, the respondent shall take decision on it within a period of four weeks thereafter and communicate the same to the petitioner. 4.

We have dispensed with the issuance of notice to the respondent in the light of the above order.
