Paragraph No.6 of the affidavit dated 14.02.2025 of respondent Nos.2 and 3 reads thus:

"6. As the changes in the present uploaded tender are not possible. It is also proposed to cancel the present tender/bid and to be re-invited incorporating clause of Exemption in EMD and Tender Fee for the prospective bidders registered under MSME, Act, 2006; after the such policy is framed. The proposal in this respect will be run on fast track mode for early effect".

In view of the aforesaid statement, which is accepted by this Court, the grievance stands redressed. 3.

However, liberty to approach afresh in case, if the cause to that effect arises.

Writ Petition stands disposed of.
