Learned AGP waives notice for respondent no.1. 2.

Since the prayer in the petition and the directions which, we proposed to issue are innocuous nature, notice to the respondent nos. 2 and 3 is dispensed with.

Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith.

The only relief sought in the present petition is to direct the respondent no. 2 The Chief Executive Officer, Amravati and the respondent no. 3 Sub Divisional Engineer to decide the representation of the petitioner made by her regarding the provisions of revised partial accrual benefits to the petitioner as per the 7th Pay Commission.

We have perused the prayer as also the representations made by the petitioner from time to time and lastly on 08.05.2025. We therefore, direct the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to decide the representations pending with them filed by the petitioner as

Writ Petition is disposed of as such.
