ATE : JANUARY 23, 2025 1) The only question involved in the petition is the denial of the NOC, to the petitioner Nos.2 and 3 for the purpose of filling in vacancy post for conducting program for the blind for which the applications were made by the petitioner Nos.2 and 3 (page 16 and 19 respectively).

2) The record indicates that all the requirements have been fulfilled by the petitioner Nos.2 and 3 which is indicated from the chart at page 29 Sr.No.4 relating to the petitioner No.3 and at page 30 Sr.No.8 relating to the petitioner No.2. If the requirements for grant of the NOC have been fulfilled, there is no reason whatsoever, why NOC should not be granted to the petitioners.

3) Issue notice for final disposal, returnable on 30/01/2025.

4) Mr.Ukey, learned Additional Government Pleader waives service of notice for all the respondents.
