By virtue of impugned order dated 24th June, 2024, delivered in Original Application No.136/2024 benefits are conferred on the petitioners in view of judgment of the Apex Court delivered in Civil Appeal No.2471/2023 on 11th April, 2023 (Director (Administration and HR) KPTCL & Others Vs. C.P. Mundinamani and others).

We are informed that the review application of the aforesaid judgment was dismissed by the Apex Court on 18th December, 2024.

That being so, since the benefits conferred on the respondent are based on the above referred judgment which has attained finality, we see no reason to cause interference in the exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction as the Central Administrative Tribunal has extended the benefits to the

As such, the petitions stand dismissed.
