CORAM : ANIL L. PANSARE, J.
FEBRUARY 5, 2025 One of the reasons why the application seeking permission to lead additional evidence filed by the petitioner - original applicant was refused by the trial Court is that his ground of absence, viz., illness is not supported by any document.
2] Admittedly, the document - medical certificate of illness was not produced on record. However, in order to find out the truth, let the petitioner file the document in support of his claim that he could not attend the trial Court on the scheduled date because of illness.
3] Stand over to 12/2/2025.
