FEBRUARY 12, 2025 In response to order dated 05.02.2025, Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to file the document. 2.
On 05.02.2025, following order was passed.
"One of the reasons why the application seeking permission to lead additional evidence filed by the petitioner - original applicant was refused by the trial Court is that his ground of absence, viz., illness is not supported by any document.
2] Admittedly, the document - medical certificate of illness was not produced on record. However, in order to find out the truth, let the petitioner file the document in support of his claim that he could not attend the trial Court on the scheduled date because of illness. 3] Stand over to 12/2/2025."

This order, if read with previous orders, it appears that the document is either not with the petitioners or are taking time to procure it. Further order in this regard will be passed upon perusal of the document. If the document is not filed on the next date, the petitioners shall deposit costs of Rs.5,000/- with High Court Bar Association, Nagpur.
