After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail an alternate remedy of filing appeal under Section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code.

Permission is granted.

In view of above, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

Having regard to the controversy involved, it is directed that no coercive action be taken against the petitioner for a period of ten days from today, based on the impugned order.
