Heard Shri Bhagwan T. Parwe, learned counsel for the petitioners. 2.

An innocuous prayer is made that the directions be given to the respondent No.1 to disburse grant-in-aid from 01.11.2020 in favour of the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this issue can be decided by the respondent No.1 in the light of the Government Resolution dated 12.02.2021.

Be that as it may, we direct the respondent No.1 to treat the present petition as a representation, and to decide the issue in the light of the above mentioned Government Resolution in accordance with law, within ten weeks from production of this order.

The respondent No.1 is further directed that decision taken be communicated to the petitioners within two weeks thereafter. 6.

The learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to furnish a copy of the present petition along with a copy of this order before the concerned authority within a period of two weeks from today. 7.
