Learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that the petitioners are apprehending that the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Washim, may issue a notice directing them to submit online disability certificate within a stipulated period. According to the learned counsel, once disability certificate is issued, the petitioners cannot be called upon again to submit fresh online disability certificate.

However, the pleadings in the petition (paragraph 12, page 11) reveal that this is merely an apprehension in the minds of the petitioners, and on the basis of such apprehension, they have approached this Court seeking directions against the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, after filing the petition on 17th November, 2025, his clients have informed him today that such show cause notices are now being issued to the petitioners by respondent No. 2.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file afresh.

Permission is granted.

The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No costs.
