After arguing the matter for sometime, learned Advocate for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to avail alternate remedy of filing appeal under Section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code.

The petitioner is granted permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty as prayed for.

In view of above, the Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Having regard to the controversy involved, it is directed that no coercive action be taken against the petitioner for a period of fifteen days from today, based on the impugned order. It is clarified that the issue of condonation of delay be decided by the Authority independently.
