The petition seeks a direction to the respondent No.3, employer, to update the service book of the petitioner and submit the necessary proposal for grant of pensionary benefits immediately and in a time bound manner. 3.

Shri Chawhan, learned Counsel for respondent No.3, on instructions, makes a statement that the same would be done within two weeks.

The statement is accepted as an undertaking to this Court.

The respondent No.3 is directed to update the service book of the petitioner and submit the necessary

The proposal of the petitioner to be sent by the respondent No.3 to the respondent No.2 would be in tune with the order dated 22.02.2024, passed by the Education Officer, Zilla Parishad, Buldhana.

As such, the cause for filing the petition, in our view, at present, has rendered infructuous.

The petition is disposed of as such.
