Issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 12.02.2025.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, undertakes to deposit the entire amount of arrears as per calculation made in the execution proceedings, out of which, the petitioner will deposit Rs.5,00,000/- (Rs. Five Lakhs only) within a period of two weeks before the learned Trial Court and remaining will be paid within four weeks thereafter.

As such, the undertaking is taken on record.

There shall be interim order in terms of prayer Clause (II), subject to deposit of the amount as mentioned above. Failure to deposit Rs.5,00,000/- (Rs.
