In view of affidavit dated 23.04.2025, it is contended by the petitioner that he is ready to deposit an amount of Rs.2,94,000/- at the rate of Rs.21,000/- per month. However, learned Counsel for respondent disputed the said amount as it is not as per agreed in the leave and licence agreement for period from February 2024 to June 2025.

As such, petitioner is directed to deposit the amount of Rs.2,94,000/- as assured by him, within a period of two months. However this deposit is not finally concluded the issue of non payment, as per the agreement and kept open that may be decided during the hearing of this petition. However, the petitioner has to deposit the amount as per affidavit by 10.06.2025.
