Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. Heard finally by consent of parties.

We have heard Mr. V.A. Kothale, learned counsel for the petitioner. According to him, there is a proposal sent by the Management on 4.1.2021 to the respondent No.2 which is still pending with the said respondent No.2. The said proposal pertains to the correction in the date of appointment. 3.

In that view of the matter, notice to the other respondents is dispensed with.

Ms. Hemlata Jaipurkar, learned A.G.P. waives service of notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2. 5.

We hereby direct the respondent No.2 Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Amravati to decide the proposal sent by the respondent No.4 regarding date of appointment of the petitioner within four weeks from the date of receipt of the order. 6.

The petitioner is directed to appraise the respondent No.2 of the present order by appearing before it on 29th January, 2026.
