In view of the order being passed, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

The petition challenges the granting of the benefit of Graduate Teacher, i.e. seniority, pay fixation, and arrears, to some of the similarly situated employees. It is the grievance of the petitioners that, even though their names find place in the earlier list, they are being discriminated with and/or are not being granted the said benefits without any valid reason.

While hearing the petition, the learned counsel for the petitioners has pointed out that various representations ventilating their grievances are pending before the respondent - Chief Executive Officer. 5.

We, therefore, think it appropriate to direct the respondents to decide the representation dated 06.05.2025, along with other representations made by the petitioners

(2) 4.WP585.26 and lastly on 09.07.2025, within a stipulated time frame and preferably within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

The petitioners to appear before the respondents with the order of this Court on 03.02.2026 and apprising of the order of this Court who would decide it in accordance with law.

The Writ Petition is disposed of as such.
