The prayer made in this petition is for directions to the respondent no.1 to give regularization to the petitioners as per the chart which is at Annexure-8 and to regularized them with permanency benefits as they are working as contractual employees of the Health Department for more than 10 years and above and to grant them benefits as permanent government employees of the Health Department, Government of Maharashtra with pay protection and seniority.

We have gone through the record of the case.

Considering the aforesaid fact, we direct the present petition to be treated as the representation of petitioners and the same may be decided by respondent no.1 in accordance with RR Jaiswal
