The prayer made in this petition is for direction to the respondent no. 1 to give regularization to the petitioners as per the chart which is at Annexure-8 and to regularize them with permanency benefits as they are working as contractual employees of the Health Department for more than 10 years and above and also to grant them benefits as permanent government employees of the Health Department, Government of Maharashtra with pay protection and seniority.

We have gone through the record of the case.

Considering the aforesaid fact, we direct the present petition to be treated as representation of the petitioners and the same may be decided by respondent no.1 in accordance with RR Jaiswal

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. The decision shall be taken within 4 months from production of the copy of this order and copy of the petition before respondent no.1.
