At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave of this Court to substitute the synopsis, which is erroneously filed along with the present petition. Leave is granted.

The aforesaid substitution to be carried out forthwith. 3.

The petitioner-Management has approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondent - Pharmacy Council of India to decide the proposal for inspection of its Institute, namely Late Ratan Tata Institute of Pharmacy, Wardha. The proposal in that regard has already been submitted by the petitioner, and the necessary formalities pertaining thereto have been completed.

The respondent, vide communication dated 30th August, 2025, had directed the petitioner to remove the deficiencies in the aforesaid proposal within a period of seven days. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the
116 WP-626-2026 aforesaid compliance has been done and a compliance report was submitted on 4th September, 2025. However, till date, the Pharmacy Council of India has not decided the aforesaid proposal.

In view of the above, we dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to the respondent to decide the proposal of the petitioner, as referred by the Pharmacy Council of India in the communication dated 30th August, 2025, which is at record page No.33 (Annexure-C), within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order. The decision taken thereupon shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of such decision. 7.
