In this writ petition, the petitioner, inter alia, seeks a direction to the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Nagpur to dispose of the Consumer Complaint No.120 of 2024 expeditiously.

After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the same with liberty to make a prayer for expeditious disposal of the complaint before the Commission itself. 3.

Needless to state that in case such a prayer is made, the same shall be duly adverted by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Nagpur.
