Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsels for respondent Nos.1 and 2 submit that the parties have amicably settled their controversy and they have also filed a joint compromise pursis dated 24.04.2026. 2.

A joint compromise pursis duly signed by parties is placed on record. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification purpose only.

It is pointed out that the compromise is arrived in between petitioner and respondent Nos.1 and 3 who have signed the joint compromise pursis dated 24.04.2026 along with their counsels, however, the joint compromise pursis is not signed by respondent No.2 - The Education Officer, (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nagpur. It is also pointed out that terms of compromise are not related to respondent No.2.

In view of this, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of joint compromise pursis.
