FEBRUARY 11, 2025 CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 364/2025 By present application, the applicants - respondent nos. 4 to 13 are seeking to vacate interim relief granted by this Court on 5/2/2025.

2] Mr. R.L. Khapre, learned Senior Counsel for respondent nos. 4 to 13 submits that respondent no.4 had filed caveat with the Registry on 31/1/2025. Despite such fact, the petition has been listed and order passed without giving opportunity of hearing to respondent no.4. 3] The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that he had verified from the Registry and was told that no caveat was filed, and accordingly, he proceeded to argue the matter on 5/2/2025.

4] The Registry, therefore, shall file report about the status of filing caveat, and if it was so filed on 31/1/2025, why was it not reflected when the petition was listed on 5/2/2025.

37-WP-638-2025 5] Considering above, instead of vacating the interim relief, let the petition be heard finally at admission stage.

6] Stand over tomorrow, i.e., on 12/2/2025.
