The Petition is dismissed, because the Petitioner No.1 has not deposited costs of Rs.10,000/-, as directed by this Court vide order dated 12/2/2025.

The learned Counsel for Petitioners submits that costs will be deposited within two weeks from today. Time is extended by two weeks from today. If the costs is not deposited within stipulated time, the Petitioners shall be required to deposit additional costs of Rs.10,000/-, which shall be paid to the Agricultural Produce Market Committee, Telhara, District Akola. 4.

As such, I am informed that order passed by this Court has been challenged before the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special Leave Petition (C) No. 5730/2025 and the Supreme Court

2/2 5.wp.638.2025.odt was pleased to grant stay to the order dated 30/1/2025 passed by the Respondent No.1/District Deputy Registrar, Akola. Thus, there is no stay to the order dated 12/2/2025 passed by this Court. The Petitioner No.1, therefore, ought to have deposited an amount well within time.

Nonetheless, one more opportunity is granted, as prayed by the learned Counsel for Petitioners. List the Petition on 24th March, 2025.
