The order impugned is dated 22.07.2024, where there is a specific reference of Government Resolution dated 21.09.2017, which, in our view, spells out the policy regarding compassionate appointment with the respondent no. 1, as is spells out in some Government Resolutions. We would like to go through the said policy of Zilla Parishad. 3.

In that view of the matter, place the matter for further consideration and for placing those Government Resolutions on record on 23.01.2026.
