The petitioner is challenging the order passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Chimur on 18/06/2025, however, there is an appeal provided against the order of the SubDivisional Officer before the Caste Scrutiny Committee. 3.

The petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file appeal before the Caste Scrutiny Committee.

The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
