Heard Shri N. L. Jaiswal, the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner had approached this Court seeking directions to the respondents to implement the order dated 14.01.2025 passed by the Commissioner of State Excise, Maharashtra State, Mumbai, in Appeal No.150/2023.

Shri J. Y. Ghurde, learned Assistant Government Pleader, had tendered across the bar the order dated 27.01.2026 passed by the Collector, Washim, thereby implementing the order dated 14.01.2025. 4.

In that view of the matter, the grievance raised by the petitioner in this writ petition to that extent is redressed. 5.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. 6.
