In all these petitions, the order under challenge is already assailed by the petitioners in the appeals before the University and College Tribunal.

We are informed that since the post of the Presiding Officer, University and College Tribunal, Nagpur is vacant, the charge is attached to the University and College Tribunal, Aurangabad.

As such, it is always open for the petitioners to argue their appeals before the Tribunal with whom the charge is vested.

That being so, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petitions by permitting the petitioners to pursue the appeals against the impugned order before University and College Tribunal.
