Whether the petitioner is liable to pay any assessment is required to be dealt with in pursuance to the Government Resolution dated 30.6.2022.

Issue notice for final disposal to the respondents, returnable on 5.3.2025.

Mr. H.D. Marathe, learned Assistant Government Pleader waives service of notice for all the respondents. 5.

Till the returnable date, there shall be no coercive action. 6.

We permit the petitioner to move the Hon'ble the Chief Justice of Bombay High Court for clubbing the present writ petition with Writ Petition No.1653/2025 which is pending before the Bench at Aurangabad as the petitioners in both these petitions are common and only the solar power plants which are operated by the petitioner are located in two different revenue districts.
