It is the case of the petitioner that he has executed the work of installing Monorail at the behest of respondent - Municipal Council. The Municipal Council carried out third party audit, who has certified that the petitioner has completed the work in question and overall quality of the work is satisfactory. In spite of which, it is his contention that the security deposit is not refunded. 2.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable in 20.03.2025.
